Affirmations are a simple and powerful tool for everyone.
Through my journey navigating grief and mental health I became drawn to the power of affirmations. We could all use more words of kindness and encouragement, and often it starts with the way we speak to ourselves.
Having a small visual reminder of support in the challenging or mundane moments of life can be a bright spot in someone's day. It is called a glimmer — a small moment of peace, joy or gratitude — and there is a little reminder to look for glimmers in this deck!
Each deck has 29 different “little reminders” including affirmations such as, I am strong & I am Enough, phrases such as You are so Loved & You Matter. There are reminders to breathe & rest, and there is a simple grounding practice. There are phrases to provide emotional support such as: We can do hard things, Be what you love about who you miss, and so much more!
The front of each card features an affirmation or little reminder and is designed with original rainbow watercolor woodgrain paintings.
The back of each card says: Kind words and little reminders for those you care for, yourself included.
When you purchase a Little Reminders Affirmation Deck it comes with a simple wooden stand made from repurposed wood. Colors and sizes of card stands may vary; each one is hand cut and sanded and typically made with oak or maple and approximately 2- 2.5”
